Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
- To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order details.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Cancellation by HH Atelier
HH Atelier reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:
- Product is out of stock or unavailable.
- Incorrect pricing or product information is displayed due to a technical error.
- Payment is not successfully completed.
- Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transaction.
- Any circumstances beyond our control that prevent order fulfillment.
In such cases, the customer will be notified and any eligible refund will be processed.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
- If an order is successfully cancelled before shipment, the refund (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and bank.
Non-Cancellable Orders
The following orders cannot be cancelled:
- Orders that have already been shipped.
- Orders already delivered to the customer.
- Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products.
- Electronic products once dispatched.
